The Backwater Valve is a device that is known for its ability to help prevent a sewage back up from occurring in a Homeowners residence. By installing a Backwater Valve the Homeowner can significantly reduce the risk of a toxic sewage flood from occurring in their basement and destroying their home.

  
The opportunity to have your sanitary valve installed would be based on one of our Sanitary Advisors providing you with a no cost assessment. During an assessment one of our Sanitary or Flood Prevention Advisors will attend your residence to locate and explain whether you currently have a Backwater Valve or any other flood prevention devices installed and will also inform you of any visual unsanitary concerns. If you do have a Backwater Valve installed at your residence the Sanitary or Flood Prevention Advisor will advise whether it meets the legal code and legislative specifications or not. If it is determined that you do not have a Backwater Valve installed at your residence then the Sanitary or Flood Prevention Advisor can explain to you what your entitlement for existing grants or subsidies and other financial benefits would be upon the installation of a Backwater Valve or flood prevention device.

The types of financial benefits that the Homeowner will receive after the installation of a Backwater Valve or other Flood Prevention Devices are:
