Canadian Sanitary Systems has combined the:
- N.P.C (National Plumbing Code) and the N.B.C. (National Building Code) application to other regulated Acts such as Ontario Reg., 332/12, E.P.A (Environmental Protection Act), E.A.A (Environment Assessment Act), M.A. (Municipal Act 2001) and other Sewer regulations throughout Canada.
- The combination of these regulatory Acts provide for a safe and healthy environment which will enable protection for residential dwellings and commercial buildings from unsanitary conditions due to engineering designs that were not constructed appropriately.
- The backwater valve/check valve has an exclusive and legal right to be applied to main city sewer lines that are connected to residential homes or buildings. This application protects the individuals within these building structures from toxic breathing hazards and unsanitary discharge of bodily fluids and waste conditions that would be undesirable and dangerous to all individuals that would come into contact or be within an area circumference that would be deemed unsafe.
- These Acts in particular E.P.A (Environmental Protection Act), R.S.O 1990, C.E.P.A (Canadian Environmental Protection Act), and the D.E.A.
